Sorry to hear that didn’t work, and thanks for trying. In order for us to investigate this further can you share the following?
- Your Site Health information, or confirmation that this is the same site as you mentioned from a previous support topic.
- Do you see any warnings or errors when checking your Site Health status (Tools > Site Health > Status), which differs from your Site Health information requested above? Such errors may include REST endpoint references.
If you’ve already performed a check from a new WordPress administrator account, you’re encountering the same error, an additional check you may wish to perform is to check does the same occur from another WordPress site on the same hosting platform.
