@nsyachson Thanks for getting in touch about this. It is the third time that I’ve heard about this quite vague error and I’m keen to resolve it for you and others.

I see that you have no restrictions on the API, so it is not caused by the wrong IP address or API restriction.

Please can you drop me an email: wordpress dash plugins at designextreme dot com or contact me directly through the website?

Once I can replicate this error and resolve it, I’ll post a reply publicly.

@nsyachson One thing that it could be, but the error message is not clear: a billing account. Do you have this setup in your Google Cloud account?

If this resolves the issue, please post a reply here and I’ll alter the FAQ accordingly.

We do not have a paid cloud account.

We create the API FREE but the extension shows us this error.

We tried to create different APIs but the error persists.

    Please Ckeck https://prnt.sc/to69q4

so far we have not found to solve this error,

@nsyachson Google require a card attached to the account in order to assign a significant API request allowance. The plugin’s usage is well below the billable threshold so it will remain free to use.

I’ve covered this in the FAQ and it now appears in the plugin when the automated synchronisation is set.

If you have an active billing account (i.e. have your card details stored with Google), please let me know and I’ll investigate this further?

@nsyachson I am marking this as resolved for the time-being.

Please avoid posting your API Key in public places as they can be used by others if you haven’t set restrictions.
