I just installed your plugin and I love it already. But when I try to add a field in the form builder I get an error500 message. How do I solve this?

    Hi @osandigital,

A 500 error means the code is failing in some way. It could potentially be a PHP version issue; do you know which version of PHP your server is on? (Also just make sure you have the most up to date version of WordPress and the plugin).

I’ve also seen this issue on sites with a lot of pages (10,000+).

Let me know if either of those two apply.

    Kevin.

Thanks for your swift reply. The server is running PHP Version 5.6.29, both the plugin and wordpress are up to date. I updated wordpress to 4.7.3 yesterday, I downloaded your plugin a few hours ago from your section on the wordpress site. My website only has about 23 pages.

Hm. This is a hard one to debug via a support forum. Can you email me at [email protected] and we can walk through some more advanced troubleshooting methods?
