error_log in my host log

    hi

    my error_log is:

    [15-Nov-2019 09:03:38 UTC] PHP Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/urbanity/public_html/f/index.php:3) in /home/urbanity/public_html/f/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1268

    plz help me

    That says something is creating output in your index.php file. Check to make sure that file has not been modified from the original one included in WordPress.
