    Hi

The plugin stated that we needed to renew the token. Pushed the reset button, tried to login into Instagram we get the following error messages:

    error_type “OAuthException”
    code 400
    error_message “Invalid scope field(s): public_content”

We have tried everything – disabled plugin and enabled the plugin / logged into Instagram first tried again and the same thing / logged out, tried it again and the same thing.

The plugin is up-to-date – we are using the free version.

    Thanks, Carl

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello Carl,

Please try this way, please enter Instagram feed > settings > advanced > and uninstall the plugin, then please install again, authenticate and try to create and publish the feed again, this way it should work OK.
