• After update plugin won’t start with error:

(/home/eydztoqb/public_html/wp-content/plugins/w3-total-cache/lib/W3/NewRelicService.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/eydztoqb/public_html/wp-content/plugins/w3-total-cache/inc/define.php on line 1435

I deleted everything (inc config/cache) and reinstalled. Nothing. Interestingly in the plugin files the file “NewRelicService.php” is existing. But when I go into W3 after the activation attempt, the file has been deleted. I try to reload that one via FTP, but I can’t change the CHMod from 0644 (while I can on all other files). I reactiveate the plugin… it does not start and the NewRelice file is disappeared again.

Any way to avoid usin all NewRelif function ? I cannot disable them from menu because I cannot activate the plugin ??

Maybe I forgot.. it starteed to appear with las .11 version

Had the same problem. then i installed an older version (9.2.9), same problem. then i did a plugin update from the WP backoffice back to 9.2.11 and the problem was solved.

not sure if this is coincidential or not, but happy got it working

In my case, i deleted everything manuallt, installed 9.2.9 from clean sheet, and it worked. I did not dare to go again 9.2.11 but decided to stick as it is for the time being, until other heros shows it is not a pattern. 9.2.9 is working.

Had to delete W3 Total Cache again due to this error message and not able to login, is this a New Relic Service problem or a W3 Total Cache problem?
    Any ideas
    Thanks
