Errore while creating product catalog

    I am trying to create a product catalog for Facebook but I get this error

    Call to undefined method PixelCaffeine\ProductCatalog\FeedMapper::get_group_id()

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,

    Uhm, this is the first time I see that error and there isn’t nothing in Pixel Caffeine which reference to the method get_group_id from the class FeedMapper.

    First off, make sure you have the latest version of PHP on your server or at least a 7.x (that is one of 7.something) PHP version.

    Then, did you (or someone) make some change physically to the Pixel Caffeine code on your website? Or it maybe you have a corrupted version of Pixel Caffeine.

    I’d suggest you to re-install Pixel Caffeine plugin again (don’t worry, you won’t anything from the database and the settings won’t be lost).
