Error:Fail to insert new record.

    I have a newly launched website and have been using the plugin to add redirects from the old links to the new links in the 301 Redirects page. Everything was working fine and I have added about 85 entries so far.

    I only need to add a few more entries and each time I try to add a new line, I get this error at the top of the page in red: “Error:Fail to insert new record.” That’s it and it will not allow me to add any new or update any of the already existing lines.

    I deactivated all plugins and I still am unable to add anything new. Is there a limit to how many pages you can have? Any insight would be appreciated.

    John,

    Support could not duplicate the problem and couldn’t offer any help so I had to delete the plugin and find a new one. I actually bought this one: and it works perfectly.

    Support could not duplicate the problem and couldn’t offer any help so I had to delete the plugin and find a new one. I actually bought one called: SEO Redirection Premium and it works perfectly!

    As i compared length of URLs, i came to know that the problem is character limit.

    Hi guys,

    Really sorry for late reply.

    We guys was busy with other stuff.

    Finally, we setup schedule to check all our free plugins and themes. Now, we are working with all remaining queries and feature lists

    We may provide an update with this plugin in week.
