Hello there.
Your logs only show the user being redirected to GlobalPay.

It does not show that the user ever comes back to your site after paying on GlobalPay. This is an important part of the checkout flow.

If this is the entire content of the log file then it shows something is fundamentally wrong with the checkout flow on your website.

You need to find out why users are not redirected back to your site from GlobalPay.

One place you should check is the permalinks structure of your site. Check the plugin’s documentation for how to configure it.
