Erroring out

    Dear Beth,

    Please provide additional information on the host that you are using and the size of your backup.

    Unfortunately due to the variety of hosting platforms we are not able to support this plugin on all hosts and/or for backups larger than 100mb. However we appreciate any information that you give us as it will help improve the software

    Hi,

    It’s from GoDaddy to GoDaddy which I’ve done many times.

    The file size is 10.47mb so I know it’s not the size!

    Hi,

    I also deleted the plugin from both sites, logged out, logged back in, reinstalled and ran the backup again. Same error.

    Beth

    manually upload the file.,that should rule out issues with the origin server.
