• Hello,

I am have been fighting with my hosting company for two weeks now because they experienced power outages, that caused my server to go offline while I was saving changes to Sam Pro. The database began replicating data, and has not worked correctly since. They sent me this information today:

Also, it does seem that the ‘Sampro’ plugin is causing issues because of the collations it is using in its tables.

What can be done to correct this issue? I am very frustrated that I am losing time, money, visitors, and potential business/advertisers that have already walked away due to the delays.

Do you offer any type of services to repair such an issue?

Try using the standard tools for the repair of the database tables. These tools are built into phpMyAdmin.

I have, and afterwards my hosting company did as well. The message I copied above was from after they ran the repair and optimize options. Would deleting and reinstalling the plugin help?

Just deactivate and delete the plugin from the WordPress Plugins page. All data of the SAM plugin will be removed from your server during process of deleting plugin. Then install plugin again.
