Errors after submitting CF7

  • First of all, thank you for creating this awesome plugin.

    I was working on CF7 with “Send PDF for Contact Form 7”, after submitting the form, i’m getting the following errors.

    I have no idea how these errors occurred. My work is stuck in between because of these errors. Help from anyone will be very appreciated.
