Errors connecting

    Hi I have renewed our license, but I am unable to get the plugin to connect. It gives the following errors when I click save changes.

    2021-07-12 10:37:56: Error occurred while checking account status. Error: CONNECTION_ERROR : “cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10000 milliseconds with 0 bytes received”
    2021-07-12 10:37:56: Error occurred while API key validating. Error: Testing is failed. Please check the Access key.
    2021-07-12 10:41:34: Error occurred while automatically gettings access key. Error: JSON_DECODE_ERROR

    Hello,

    Please check if your web server has allow_url_fopen and CURL support options enabled and outgoing requests to our servers are not blocked (https://cleantalk.org/help/cleantalk-servers-ip-addresses). You ask your hosting support for help.

    Errors:

    Access key is definitely correct, I have several other websites set up with Cleantalk on exactly the same hosting and servers?

    Please check it once again later (after 1-2 hours). It may be an issue with one of our servers.

    Thanks it seems to be working now after leaving it for a few hours.
