Errors during image upload

Whenever I upload images for a post, I get these errors. The image still uploads fine, it’s just an annoyance, I have to click save and continue editing to see the thumbnail on the bottom. I’ve looked up the previous threads that reference cannot modify header information, but haven’t found anything that matches this situation. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks
