errors in creating new quiz

hi there!

I created 2 quiz. 50 questions each quiz. I encountered a problem which the second quiz that i made shows all the questions instead of showing them 1 by 1, and some of the styles of those questions and answers are broken. some numbers dont show question some dont show answer. i wonder what might be the problem? i checked the setting on my 1st quiz and ’twas the same.
