Errors in Google Structured Data Testing

  • Hi, can anyone advise me on these errors that I keep receiving in the structured data testing?

    1. Article: “A value for the publisher field is required.” Why can’t I leave this out?

    2. “Image object: The property ImageObject is not recognized by Google for an object of type BlogPosting.” What does this mean and how can I fix it?

    3. “Image: The image field is recommended. Please provide a value if available.” Even though I add one in, the error message keeps occurring.

    Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

    Issues as follow –

    1) Article: “A value for the publisher field is required.” Why can’t I leave this out?
    Please set site logo in the customizer and check your issue.

    2nd and 3rd issue
    The schema markup in which this issue exists is not part of All In One Schema Rich Snippets plugin. Some other plugin or theme also adding schema on your site.

    Here is what you can do to check:

    1. Please try checking if the error persists if you temporarily switch to another theme, like Twenty Seventeen.

    2. Deactivate all plugins temporarily and see if that solves the error. Then, activate plugins one by one to see which plugin is causing the problem.

    Thank you for your advice. Does www.ads-software.com have staff who can actually assist with the technical stuff on my website? I don’t really know about these things, I am just a perfumer who wants a really nice website! But I don’t know or have the time to deal with these types of technical issues.

    Once you find that which plugin or theme causing this issue you can ask the respective plugin or theme author to assist you is this issue.
