Errors in loading pages banner and logo

    hello, I have errors in loading pages, as you can see here on my site when I load page, like “image” in the logo and in some banners, they don’t load immediately. What can it be? can you help me?

    Those appear to be Font Awesome elements that are not loading, meaning that the Font Awesome files are either missing or not enqueued properly.

    Forum volunteers are not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why it is not working properly. Other community members who may have faced your issue might be able to help you but your best bet is your product’s developer. Keep in mind we encourage you to use the official support venues, as it allows the developers to be aware of issues with their code and gives back to the community in a more robust way.

    Thank you very much very kind, I solved by deleting the theme in FTP and then reinstalled from the wordpress control panel. We see that those who installed it have skipped files. Good day and thanks again.
