    Hello, there.

    You’re only seeing these errors inside Query Monitor, correct?

    That should of course be showing only live results, so if you’re still seeing items being called from the CDN even after you’ve disabled the CDN, then that most likely means that something has stored those items in plaintext rather than calling them dynamically.

    Can you check all of your CSS to make sure that the CDN URLs are not actually typed in there anywhere?

    Also, I see that you have 42 plugins installed, and I’m not familiar with some of them – Any plugins that might affect your CSS, theme layouts, or cache might also be in play here. You might need to comb over those and dump all available caches from your plugins, site, possibly even the server.
