Errors occur on checkout when different addresses are entered

Hello!
I have an onlineshop set up with Jigoshop and the “Checkout Fields Manager” extension.
Everything works fine when I enter the billingaddress and check the “Deliver to billing address”-field. But when the billing- and the delivery address differ, the order can not be proccessed, because the following errors occur:Invalid shipping country.
Shipping field “Adresse” is required.
Shipping field “Postleitzahl” is required.
Shipping field “Stadt” is required.
Shipping field “Land” is required.All the required fields mentioned in the error message are filled out (address, zip code, city, country).
In the settings of the “Checkout Fields Manager” everything seems to be right.I use Jigoshop 1.17.15, Checkout Fields Manager 1.3.2 and WordPress 4.5.2.
Can anybody help me with this issue?
