Errors occurred in SC Circus

    I have installed SG Circus as WP theme, but I notice two error announcements:

    Warning: Creating default object from empty value in:
    …../wp-content/themes/sg-window/inc/customize.php on line 32
    and
    …../wp-content/themes/sg-window/inc/customize.php on line 33

    Is here something missing?
    Can I repair this myself of do I have to ask for an update?
    I hope somebody can help me out.
