• I have installed the Pro version and added my Google Maps API Key.
When attempting to create a new map, I enter all my information and click “Save Map”.
However, I receive 4 errors at the top of the page that say the following:

WordPress database error: [Table ‘mysqldatabase2767.wp_create_map’ doesn’t exist]
    SHOW FULL COLUMNS FROM wp_create_map

WordPress database error: [Table ‘mysqldatabase2767.wp_map_locations’ doesn’t exist]
SELECT * FROM wp_map_locations ORDER BY location_id ASC

WordPress database error: [Table ‘mysqldatabase2767.wp_group_map’ doesn’t exist]
SELECT * FROM wp_group_map ORDER BY group_map_id ASC

WordPress database error: [Table ‘mysqldatabase2767.wp_map_routes’ doesn’t exist]
SELECT * FROM wp_map_routes ORDER BY route_id ASC

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin from the provided download, but this has not solved the issue.

    Thank you for your help.

  • Hello,

It seems your plugin is not properly installed and activated or you have also using the lite version along with the pro. So we suggest you, deactivate the lite version and use only Pro version and your issue will be resolved.

if already using a PRO version then you have to re-activate the plugin, your issue will be resolved.

    Thanks

The plugin is properly installed and activated. I do not have the lite version installed, never did.

I have attempted to uninstall/reinstall and deactivate/reactivate several times and the errors persist.

This response is a canned response and does not solve the issue. Further support is requested or we will require a refund for a plugin that is not working and we can not use.

    Thanks
