    Hello,

Recently started testing the Stripe for WooCommerce plugin and was able to setup Stripe integration for credit cards and Plaid for ACH. Credit Card checkouts work great for both one time purchase products and products with subscriptions using WooCommerce Subscriptions. Plaid though only works with items that are a one time purchase. Attempting to purchase a item that has a subscription we get the following error at the top of the checkout page:

Invalid or missing payment token fields.

    Hi @mwmatter,

Thanks for reaching out. Can you confirm you are using the latest version of the plugin which is 3.1.0?

When you receive that error message for ACH payments on a subscription product are you using a brand new ACH account or one that has been previously saved?

Are you using the Plaid development, sandbox, or production mode during your testing?

    Kind Regards,

    Hi Mr. Clayton,

Thanks for the fast response. I installed the plugin this morning fresh and confirmed it is the 3.1.0 version. Think I saw in the release notes ACH supporting subscriptions is somewhat new.

This would be a brand new ACH account, first time I have ever tried setting up and using ACH as a form of payment.

For Plaid I am using the Sandbox mode. And it works great with one time purchase items, just not working with subscription products.

    Thanks!

    @mwmatter,

I’ll do some testing today using subscription products and see if I can replicate the error.

Expect an update from me later today. I’m thinking it’s a bug specific to subscriptions using a new ACH payment method.

    Kind regards,

    Hi @mwmatter,

I just committed an update to 3.1.0 that resolves this issue. The error was only related to subscription payments as you observed in your testing.

You can delete the plugin then re-install and it will work now.

Thanks for pointing this issue out to us.
