Errors on Mobile

Hello!

I’m using this plugin to display team members profiles on this About page – works perfectly on desktop but on mobile the top is being cropped off and at the bottom you can see the main website underneth. Have I set it up wrong or is there some CSS I can use to correct this for mobile?
