Errors on submit and no email

  • Hi, everything seems to work, including test email, up to the point I hit submit. Then, whether I try redirect to a specific url,default message or to a thank you page, I get a bunch of code displayed on the page and the process seems to end there as I get no email.

    If I send to thank you page I get this (maybe truncated as wasn’t fully on page):

    If I send to a default page I get this:

    A similar message when to a custom thank you page/

    In all cases no email arrives.
