Errors on ticket submission (plugin version 1.0.5)

Hello! It seems there are a few things to fix.
On the admin page (/wp-admin/admin.php?page=jssupportticket) I get:
Notice: Undefined variable: overdueticket_pr in /wp-content/plugins/js-support-ticket/modules/jssupportticket/model.php on line 51
On the ticket submission page, at the bottom, I get the warning
Notice: Undefined variable: i in /wp-content/plugins/js-support-ticket/modules/ticket/tpls/addticket.php on line 206
When I submit a ticket I get these notices and errors:
Notice: Undefined variable: match in /wp-content/plugins/js-support-ticket/modules/ticket/model.php on line 391
Notice: Undefined index: duedate in /wp-content/plugins/js-support-ticket/modules/ticket/model.php on line 435
Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /wp-content/plugins/js-support-ticket/modules/ticket/model.php:391) in /wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1196
