I’ve updated to the newest version, 3.0.0 and now I’m seeing errors, specifically this one results in a fatal error when trying to access the forms admin page:

Warning: array_merge(): Argument #2 is not an array in /wp-content/plugins/mailchimp-for-wp/includes/forms/class-form.php on line 221

I can’t include a link, this is a site I’ve moved from local development that’s in staging behind a modified host file.

    Hi Joshua,

That is weird, can you include any more details on the errors you’re seeing? The error you posted is a warning, and thus should not cause a fatal error. Still something we’d love to fix though!

It sounds like one of your settings got corrupted in the upgrade process, can you please try redownloading the plugin from www.ads-software.com to see if that fixes the issue?

    Thanks in advance!

Yea, perhaps this was just an odd use case. I had migrated a site over with everything working, but the form information was gone. I believe the newer version of the plugin was installed on the new site, while the imported database still had settings saved to the previous version.

Following that error on the same page was the “headers already sent” fatal error. Apologies, looks like I was typing fast and missed that copy-and-paste.

    Thanks for the quick reply!

    Hey Joshua,

Let’s hope so, thank you for the update! Don’t hesitate to let me know if you run into anything else.

I did push a minor improvement to the code that will prevent the pasted error message in the future. If you’re still seeing the other error messages then I’d love to get a look at them so I can see at what can be improved there as well. ??
