Can you reproduce this in a default state? Ie…. twenty twenty theme and only Radio Buttons for Taxonomies enabled?

You can use WP Staging to create a staging site if this is happening in production.

I don’t believe so as this affects “Sections” which was created in the client’s custom theme. Sections is a taxonomy that was added in addition to Categories and Tags to sort post types. I have disabled everything else, so I do not believe that it is a conflict with another plugin.

Can you show me the script you have for registering the taxonomy? Is there a way you can test the taxonomy without your theme? (Ie… move the taxonomy registration out of the theme). I also have custom taxonomies and can’t reproduce this yet.
