Errors w TemplatesNext activated

I get the following errors when my “TemplatesNext ToolKit” plugin is activated
1: REST API request failed due to an error
2: Could not confirm that the wp_version_check()
3: The loopback request to your site failed, this means features relying on them are not currently working as expected.
Error: cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received (http_request_failed)I am not a techy person so I don’t know if this is something I should deactivate and uninstall from my site or whether it can be fixed? Thanks so much for reading!!!!

or this https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/your-site-could-not-complete-a-loopback-request/Rest of the points are recommendations, not error, you can ignore them
1. If you want delete all plugins which are not active
2. Keep at least one core theme installed for emergency, i,e, “Twenty Nineteen” or “Twenty Twenty”
3. Your server php version is not the latest one
4. Ask your host to enable 301 redirection or ask a person who know how to write a .htaccess file.
5. “May not”, your site may not update automatically. No idea why they added this thing in recommendations.
