Errors when activating.

  • Upon activating this plugin for a client the back end shows an error at the top. This is pasted below.

    In addition to this the front end shows an error at the top which is pasted below.

    Is there any more information that will help in debugging this? The site uses the latest version of WordPress and runs Thesis 1.8.5.

  • Hi one3rdnerd,

    We are aware of some issues with the Thesis theme and unfortunately do not have a workaround at this time. My suggestion would be to first try reinstalling the plugin because it also looks like maybe it wasn’t fully installed? Then, also try deactivating all other plugins to see if that helps.
