I have the Constant Contact plugin version 2.2.1 installed. I just tried my first test of the form and I get the error. The error is not visible to the person filling out the form. I have Conditional Logic enabled in the Constant Contact feed which checks if Newsletter is checked.

When I open an entry submitted with the Newsletter checked I see the Constant Contact error. “Errors when adding/updating in Constant Contact”

  • Hello, I’m also getting this error on some forms but not others (2 out of 5 forms). The users are not being added and there is a note saying:

“Errors when adding/updating in Constant Contact”

    Any ideas?

    Thanks, Jon

Do you have Conditional Logic enabled like I do? Just asking to see if maybe it is something to do with that.

Hey there – no, there is no conditional logic on either forms having the error on my side. I’m wondering if it’s a CC list setting? Because the forms I have are all setup pretty much exactly the same.

I managed to get mine working. The list had two fields for State.
    1) State Code
    2) State Name

I had both being filled by the State field in my form. I changed the State Code to be fed nothing and only the State Name to get the feed from the form and the form now works.

Maybe your form is failing because of custom fields? Just a thought. Glad I have this working now.

I was using Conditional Logic on mine to have it add to different list depending on an answer on my form (individual or business).

The State thing was my problem also.
I had both being fed with the State field. After testing it would only work with the State Name = to State field, State Code fed null.

Also, I was using Email(Confirm Email) for Email and I think it created an issues also. I changed it to Email(Enter Email).
