Errors when submitting tickets suddenly :-/

Hi,
Ehen new tickets are submitted, we get this error:
No file was uploaded File exceeds the maximum allowed size File size outside allowed lower bound Invalid file name File could not be saved. (5 dialogue boxes!)
Why is that?
