The second one is I have a Thrive Themes signup box on my home page, and that disappears.

    Hi @axis9313,

I have checked your site and it seems to load fine on my end, including the admin login page. I have cleared the SG Optimizer cache as well as the Dynamic cache for your site.

Please perform another test and let us know if the issues still persist. Also, provide us with more detailed instructions on how to recreate them on our end.

Sorry, I had some of the caching turned off.

I was originally turning on one caching option per day and testing to make sure everything worked. The issue seems to be somewhere between Memcached and Automatic Purge. Maybe File-based Caching too.

I turned all of the caching options back on and it seems ok at the moment. I’ll let you know if the issue reoccurs.

    Hello @axis9313,

As some time has passed and we did not receive an update from you, we will mark the issue as resolved.

In case it reoccurs, you can update the thread for us to check it.

    Hi Pavel,

It’s back – the same two issues. I have all 4 caching settings turned on.

I have checked your site again and it seems to load properly on my end. Have you tried clearing the Memcached?

Also, could you please provide us with more details regarding the issues you are experiencing so we could recreate them on our end?

It’s the same two issues. I am using my desktop with the Chrome browser. Although I also checked Firefox and Safari and the same thing is happening.

    1) When I try to log in, the login page https://cincyblues.org/login/ has the following error:
Error: Cookies are blocked or not supported by your browser. You must enable cookies to use WordPress.

    2) The home page https://cincyblues.org/ is missing the Thrive Themes signup box.

This is interesting – when I logged in, the Thrive box showed up. When I log out, it goes away.

Then I flushed Memcached. I logged out of my website. The Thrive box is still missing. I was able to log back in again without triggering the cookies error.

I checked the conversions for the Thrive box. It’s still getting impressions and conversions, so it looks like at least some people are still able to see it.

I checked my site on mobile (iPhone 7/Safari), and the Thrive box is not showing.

    Hello @axis9313,

I was able only to recreate the cookies are blocked message on my end. I cannot find the thrive lightbox and its location on your site to check it.

Still, I cleared the website’s cache, and after that, I excluded the Thrive lightbox from our cache and the custom login page.

The website is loading correctly, and the cookies error is no longer showing. I left all the cache options turned on. Please let us know if the problem reoccurs.

    Hi Pavel,
Many thanks, it seems to be working at this time. I’ll let you know if the problem reoccurs.
ps. the Thrive light box is on the home page of cincyblues.org. It appears on top of the picture of the audience at the concert (right below where it says “Cincy Blues Society” in large letters)
