Hello @moyo9000,
1) Its very difficult to assign agents a ticket.
You can assign tickets in two ways, one is edit Assigned Agent widget and assign agents there in open ticket screen. Another way is to select multiple tickets on ticket list and click Assign Agent in action bar.
2) Email Alerts do not work
Please make sure you have smtp plugin setup. If still not working please create a ticket on our site.
3) The support is terrible, they never reply
Can you please share ticket ids you created so that we can check? We always try to respond each ticket but sometimes we may miss a ticket. Sorry for the inconvenience being caused.
4) Its not mobile friendly
We need to look into your website for this. It may conflict with your theme otherwise it is responsive for every device. You can verify by changing theme on test server.
5) Difficult to delete tickets
As like assign agent there is also two ways to delete tickets. One is from open ticket screen and other is to select multiple tickets and delete.
