Errors With Plugin

we have purchased the PRO version of the plugin.
the plugin was working fine, but now i’m seeing “an error occurred” message when i go to the plugin settings. also, all of the featured images for our custom post stopped showing. (see attached screen shot).
we tried to contact the developer for support (jaggededge media) but their site is also not working. we get an error when trying to login and/or submit the “contact us” form.
