    Hi there,

    I have two errors with the plugin:

    – The first one occurs when I submit an email. It says ”Something went wrong, please try after sometime”. I read in a previous support thread that it might be related to the w3 cache plugin … which I use! So I tried by both purging the cache AND deactivating w3 cache plugin, no success. The error still occurs.

    – The second error happens when I activate recaptcha. I am using the same recaptcha3 key as contact 7 form and yet, the plugin says there is an error.

    I let the page live with the errors so you can check. w3 cache plugin is still deactivated.

    Hello there,

    We’re here to assist you today!!!

    We just tested in your side with the above link notice that you have used recaptcha v3 credentials in our settings page but our plugin support only v2 of recaptcha that’s why you have face such error “ERROR for site owner: Invalid key type”

    We suggest you to create recaptcha credentials for v2 api here https://www.google.com/recaptcha/admin/create

    For your first problem, i think w3 cache plugin is the issue(though you have deactivated but the cache from browser will still exists), you need to purge cache in your browser too. As we able to successfully subscribe to the product in your side(using inspect element we removed disabled attribute from Get Notified button).

    Also we suggest you to reduce the value of cache timeout in w3 cache plugin.

    thank you, Vij for the quick answer!

    So I’ve changed to ReCaptcha v2 and I no longer have the Recaptcha error.
    I cleared my browser cache and tested with multiple emails, which were successfully added to the subscriber’s list. However, no email has been sent, although I had set emails to be sent automatically to the admin and to the client to confirm the subscription. I also clicked the ”Send Instock Mail” and emails were not sent. Do you know how to correct that?

    Besides, is it mandatory to reduce cache value timeout and will it impact cache plugin performance?

    Last thing, the plugin doesn’t work when used in Woocommerce product ‘Quick view’. Email can be entered but there is no Recaptcha, no confirmation message and no email is sent.
