Both errors seem to point to the general settings of your store. Can you please share a screenshot of your WordPress General Settings and your WooCommerce General Settings please?

Additionally, can you please share the System Status Report? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support. This will help us learn your system better, and we’ll be able to provide next steps.

It is important to highlight that the only thing that changed on the website was the Stripe APIs. With the APIs in the initial Stripe account (created two years ago), payments occur normally, without any problems. When changing APIs to connect to the new Stripe account, no payment is completed successfully, generating the errors I mentioned. In other words, if I change back to the APIs for the first account, payments are completed successfully. If I use the new account’s APIs, errors appears.

Unfortunately I have to use the new Stripe account due to company and bank registration changes.

I appreciate the support, but unfortunately I was only able to resolve the problem by changing my Stripe connection plugin. Before that, I deactivated all plugins, including the ones you indicated, and left only those related to payment. But even so, Stripe received orders with errors, stating that the card was from India, etc.

As there was no time to go further, I decided to stop using this plugin and switched to a plugin recommended by Stripe itself. So far, everything is working fine with the new plugin – I just needed to update the payment method for each subscription. I believe that the change of plugins and Stripe accounts, even though it kept the customer ID and credit cards, did not upload the information to Woocommerce Subscriptions.

Could you please indicate what was the plugin you have chosen to solve this issue. I am getting the same problem for couple weeks for a store in Australia.
