    Hi there,

This error can occur for a few different reasons. The most common is related to Facebook’s supported currencies: https://www.facebook.com/business/help/151451521590943?id=738655959856647

If your WooCommerce default currency is not on this list, some folks have had success temporarily changing their currency to a supported one (USD, CAD, GBP, EUR) to connect and then changing it back afterward.

If this is not your case let us know and we’ll be happy to help you further!

    Hello Team,

Please find attached a screenshot of the error https://d.pr/i/lpUfoK.

    Thank You! ??

Thanks for that. Do you see any fatal errors in your fatal error logs that match up to this issue date-wise? To check, go to WooCommerce > Status > Logs in your dashboard, open the dropdown by the “View” button, and look for any logs with “fatal-errors” in the name and an appropriate date.

If you see one, please view it by clicking on it and then clicking the “View” button, as shown here: https://d.pr/i/zYVxgL

Could you then copy the contents of the log into pastebin.com, click “Create new paste,” and then share the link so that we could take a look?

    Thanks!

    Hello @wbrubaker,

I checked the logs but there is no fatal error log for that particular date but it has for Facebook for Woo-Commerce and it has just 1 error as following :

7-12-2021 @ 05:07:17 – Unable to detect valid feed configuration: No catalog ID

    Hi there!

Unable to detect valid feed configuration: No catalog ID

    Let’s try something different:

    1. Go to https://cominguprosestheblog.com/wp-admin/options.php

    2. Search for wc_facebook_external_business_id

    3. Update the field to include only ASCII characters and save. Best practice: store-name-dfsdc3lck9k6q ← 13-digit random string

Let us know how it goes.

    4. Go back to WooCommerce > Facebook and click “Get Started” again

In most cases, that resolves the issue. Can you please let me know if it persists?`

    Hello @nathvi,

We tried out the option you provided but it still gives the same error https://d.pr/i/jhVY1s.

Can you please look into it and help us solve it as soon as possible.

    Thank You! ??

    Hi @itswphelp,

Can you please confirm if you are both the owner and admin of the assets you are trying to connect to? If you are not the owner of the Business Manager and Facebook page, please note that you have to be the owner and admin of the assets.

In case you are the owner and admin of the assets, as a next step, I recommend you reach out to the Facebook Business support at Facebook, via the Contact support link for further support on this.

You may clarify, that we recommended reaching out to them on this.

    Please keep us posted.

    Hello,

We have confirmed that the client is both the owner and admin of the assets you are trying to connect to.

We also contacted Facebook Business support and they are saying to contact plugin support.

Is there any way we can have an email chain or support system where plugin support and Facebook Business support can be connected and we can sort it out as soon as possible.

    Thank You! ??
