Escape key does not close modal (accessibility issue)

Any update on this? The current version still does not meet this accessibility requirement. It does trap focus, which is great; many similar plugins don’t. I haven’t tested whether it returns focus to the last focused item when it’s closed.

@seezee – the feature has been merged into the LITE version of the plugin and it will be launched soon alongside a set of new features and improvements.

We usually batch features/fixes into releases to avoid a big version bump on a minor bug fix. Typically, we aim for 2-3 month release cycles.
