Escape Row with empty post_title

I have quite an automated sheet that my users use before they save as csv and import,
some largely leave some of the rows unused but the importer still processes the row because of the formulas in the sheet, thus, making the processing time quite long and burdensome to the server.

How can I escape a row from being imported if the post_title is left empty.
