Jetpack contact form

esmi, are you there? Well, I had no problems with Jet Pack at all except with the contact form. Yes, I did get it to work, unfortunately, when published it includes in the form, the name “admin” & my email address. I really don’t want that shown to the public and definitely want the inquirers name and email address so I can reply to the contact.

I deleted the contact form from plugins, deleted the code from my page, however, the add contact form button is still on my admin edit page. Does it take a while for that to be deleted?

Next, how do I set up the form so its blank to the viewer? This was easy, so easy I screwed something up. What to do?
