    hi, I am having an issue with Elementor Addons For Elementor, specifically in regards to mobile browsers. When this plug-in is installed, and you visit my website from a mobile browser, the page will load and then within 2-3 seconds it will automatically refresh. The site will repeat this process until it ultimately crashes the site entirely. On Safari it will load and then refresh 3 times and then display a message that there is an error with the page. On Chrome it just constantly refreshes without ever fully loading the page. Firefox does the same as Safari, only it takes about 5-6 times of it loading and then refreshing before it ultimately displays an unable to load page error.

    If I disable the Elementor Addons For Elementor plugin, then the site will load properly and there are no issues at all. But, I have used the widgets and stuff that this plugin provides so extensively, that my website is void of any content when I just disable it.

    Has anyone else experienced a similar issue? I have tried to engage in dialogue with their support staff, but I can’t seem to get any assistance.

    Really appreciate your support and understanding. As we have already informed you that, After a long and thorough investigation we found that the issue lies with the iOS Safari Engine.

    After the iOS update it’s happening. Such crashing issues occur due to memory issue or high GPU consumption.

    It’s not directly related to our Essential Addons Plugin it’s happening with the most high resource using Page.

    As per our Suggestions you have reduced the Widgets and Product count for each widgets and it’s working at this moment
