Essential Grid String Translations

Hello,
I have a site with two languages. I’m not seeing some of the translations for things like search, load more, etc. coming from the essential grid plugin in the strings translations, but I am seeing the ones from my theme. I’ve created a grid for each language, but need to translate these strings built into the plugin interface. I know I’ve done this before with other plugins, but it was a while ago. Any help would be appreciated.
