    I am using an established MailPoet account, from which I have been sending newsletters for an extended period of time. Recently, I was offered a ‘free Premium’ option, which appears to have complicated use and updates. I changed from one Key to another (both from my established account) and now see this message:

    Note: your account is pending approval by MailPoet.
    Rest assured, this only takes just a couple of hours. Until then, you can still send email previews to yourself. Any active automatic emails, like Welcome Emails, will be paused.

    The message indicates the process will take a ‘couple of hours’ but I have been unable to schedule an email send for days now. How can I reinstate send privileges on this established account?

    There appears to be a glitch somewhere; I see other users with this same issue.

    I have updated to the latest versions of the MailPoet plugin, emptied cache. I have re-verified my key and it is says:
    “Your key is valid
    MailPoet Sending Service is active
    MailPoet Premium is active”

    BUT, when I go to the email I want to send, I see this message in red:
    “You’ll soon be able to send once our team reviews your account. In the meantime, you can send previews to your authorized emails.”

    Please…how can I resolve this issue???

    Hi @dljones,

    I can confirm your subscription has been approved already.

    If you’re still seeing the message about the pending subscription, please go to the MailPoet’s Settings > Key Activation tab and click on the “Verify” button again to update the status of the subscription.

    If that doesn’t work, can you try to clean your cache and try it again?

    Your account has been already approved. Can you please ensure that you’re using the key which starts with “5cd05”?

    Please re-validate it in MailPoet’s Settings > Key Activation tab if it’s still showing any error.
