Estatik is not working properly on the server

Hi, I bought a theme for a real estate site but after I built the site it started loading very slowly. It turned out that the Estatik real estate plugin that is related to the theme is not working properly on my server and that is the problem with the slow loading of the site. Is there a way to fix this problem, for example by setting up the server and changing some parameter or some other way.
