Estatik – problem with agents accounts

    Hello.
    I have Estatik Pro (3.10.4), and i made a site with Divi Theme. (WP 5.7.2)
    I made a new estatik agent account, this account was activated, but doesn’t works.
    This account can’t publish any properties, the left side menu doesn’t show the Estatik sub menu to publish properties and also appears the message “sorry, you have not permission to access to this page” or something like that.

    Someone could help us with this please?

    Hi Juan,
    Make sure that you’re logged out and then log in using this specific agent credentials again. Then, if it doesn’t help, please register a new agent account and try again.
    If the error is still there, please submit a ticket here as it looks like permissions issue which should be checked deeper.

    i had the same problem. Installed PublishPress Capabilities: Manage WordPress Permissions and Edit User Roles to extend capabilities for Estatik Agent role.
    Still could not access /wp-admin/, seems like the agent_role has higher priority not to allow.

    I’ve created a new role and provided suitable capabilities — /wp-admin/ and property management become accessible; agents can use block editor what is priceless, but…
    you have to expect that you loose some functionality, like agents’ profiles.

    Estatik Agents do not have access to website admin area. Only administrator has permissions to use it.

    Hello! Thanks to both for your answers and tips.
    The plugin “PublishPress Capabilities” it works very well to resolve this problem, with some losses of functionalities, but no problem.
