Given that you’re using the Estimated Delivery Date for WooCommerce (Basic) plugin to fetch the estimated delivery date, you’d have ton contact the corresponding plugin developer directly on this.

Just to be sure: you are using – https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/estimate-delivery-date-for-woocommerce/ – and not: https://woocommerce.com/products/estimated-delivery-date-time-for-woocommerce/ correct?

The screenshot you pasted, shows that the plugin is hooking into the order WooCommerce order table. There might be a hook that you can use to disable this output.
