    Hello, I offer free shipping on all orders over $99. My products are heavier so I use USPS Media Mail, which can take over a week to deliver. Is there any way to include an Alert on the checkout-out page, in the Shipping area, notifying buyers that delivery can take 1-2 weeks for this shipping option? Many thanks! Ksenia

    Depending on your theme, you can customize the checkout page to alert this depending on what shipping item is showing. If you have 1-2 weeks normally for any shipping, you can do this with a generic message. Custom coding for that is found at this link.

    If you are needing it to be tied to a specific option, then that would be customization beyond our control sadly. You can reach out to the developers at https://woocommerce.com/customizations to be able to get that set up though.
