    Good afternoon.

    When entering the estimated delivery time on the order page, it does not appear on the tracking page. Is this an error? Or does it only appear in emails?

    Related to that, I have a question: Can the time be made a range and not a specific date? If so, how could I do it?

    Thank you for using our plugin!

    The expected  delivery date and time that you have set from order edit page will visible on the Your order is expected to delivered by August 30, 2024 15:35 page.

    For example below :
    Your order is expected to be delivered by August 30, 2024, 15:35

    and for the date they are made to be of select type and not range as it is the functionality of the plugin.

    When I enter the estimated delivery time, 2 things happen:

    1. It is not displayed on the tracking page.
    2. It disappears on the order page (after I have updated the order), as if I had not entered it.

    Why might this be happening?

    Hello ,

    The default functionality is that you have to set the estimated delivery date from the order edit page, then it will appear on the tracking page.

    If it is not working on your end then you can connect with our support team and we will check your issue.
