How can I convert the global delivery time per product to e.g. If in back order delivery time 14 to 21 days. When in “global” it says 5 to 7 days. Creating rules and/or oevrride does not work.

    Please some advice

    Hi @hvst ,

If you need to add certain days to the delivery dates for backorders products, you can set global rules for different groups of products.

For example, choose On backorders for the Apply for line here: https://prnt.sc/s3gUqUKap4Zb. Then configure the min-max days.

By default, products that have no rules configured in their single product page >> Product Data >> Estimated Delivery Date will follow the global Default rules under WPClever >> Estimated Delivery Dates. If they match some conditions, such as the stock status is On backorders, they will show the dates configured in the matched rules. And go on for other groups of products.

    Best regards.

    Hi Janillyn
I did exactly what you wrote in the first place. But despite all my efforts it did not change a thing.
I have made a screenshot from the setting as I us now https://prnt.sc/gPIF3yXMNvW9
If you look at the website ( https://all4diving.nl/product/cressi-ac25-master-compleet/) you will see that just after the price indication there’s the global rule who says In case of backorder de livery time etc..
This is indeed a global rule as I will find it on every product with stock, out of stock, on backorder, or on overide
Further down you will see after the variation price the rule available on backorder.
Just go to the site choose for the first variation INT for the second its all the same just pick one.
The Backorder rule uses an other days setting as the global rule or any other rule that I use.
So whatever i do it does not give any reaction on the front end.
I hope you have a solution for me

    Hi @hvst ,

So I inspected your site again to find the cause. Below are some points:

Please see my image here: https://app.screencast.com/8SIDYriDibm97

    • The Global rules for Estimated Delivery Dates is effective. It’s enabled and working.
    • These variations are not allowing backorders. It says “available on backorders”, but in the backend settings, the backorders is not really allowed.

You should check the settings in the backend admin to be sure that it’s configured properly.

If you are using any external plugin for controlling stocks or warehouse, etc. please make sure they have the correct stock status configured.

You might also want to check if caches are interfering by clearing them completely from your site and browser before checking again. You can open your site in an Incognito or Private tab to be sure.

You can also test it further by deactivating all other plugins, only keep WooCommerce and our plugin to check the display of the dates. Then reactivate others one by one to find the source of the conflict.

    Best regards.
