    We understand the above meta for Estimated reading time aren’t showing on old articles. While we’re unable to replicate the issue on our end, just to confirm, if you go to SEO > Tools and run SEO Data Optimization analysis, does the issue resolve?

    The problem is not being solved. The problem is solved if you update the article manually.

    Thanks for your confirmation. This is very odd as the issue doesn’t occur on our end. In this case, we recommend you please perform the following steps to reset the Yoast SEO Indexables tables and migrations to see whether this resolves the issue for you.

    • Install and activate Yoast Test Helper plugin;
    • Go to Tools → Yoast Test → Yoast SEO → Reset indexables tables & migrations options to reset it;
    • Run SEO data optimization from the SEO → Tools page.

    Let us know whether the issue persists after performing the above steps.

    Yoast Test Helper does not solve the problem. In version 15.5. All articles show reading time “0”

    I have no free time. Solve the problem yourself.

    This issue was fixed in a patch release. Please update to 15.6.2 to get it working again.

    I have updated to 15.6.2. The problem remained unresolved.

    My bad, the issue is a bit different, you’re reporting 0 minutes. The fixed issue was that there was no value at all. Both were fixed by article updates.

    I can only imagine that no text is being scanned and hence 0 is returned. Unfortunately it seems to be specific to your site, so a combination of themes / plugins is the most likely cause.

    If you’re able to find the time to investigate what the cause is, feel free to report that on our GitHub repository (see https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/estimated-reading-time-2/#post-13906995). We might be able to look into that if enough information is provided.
